The College of Law

The College of Law provides practical legal training for law graduates and a range of professional development programs for admitted solicitors.

For over 35 years, the College’s Practical Legal Training Program has assisted graduates to make the transition from law student to practising lawyer, with real-world examples, experienced local practitioners and flexible study modes including face-to-face and online options. The Practical Legal Training Program offers up to 10 national start dates throughout the year and onsite skills sessions in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and London.

The College offers over 100 continuing professional development seminars, workshops and courses each year for practitioners in NSW, as well as a range of post-graduate programs and access to the Qualified Lawyers’ Transfer Test for practitioners around Australasia.
