Couriers

Exhibitors will need to make their own courier arrangements. The venue will be available for deliveries from 3.00pm until 6.00pm on Thursday 2 April and from 7.30am to 9.00am on Friday 3 April. Courier delivery details and access times for each firm will be included in the "Exhibitor Manual". Exhibitors sending materials from overseas will be paired up with a local firm for storage purposes if required.

Collections may be arranged for pick-up of materials immediately after the fair, from 4.15pm until 7.00pm. All items are to be removed by 7.00pm, 3 April 2009.

Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled with the firm's name, contact person, phone number and booth number.
