Couriers

Exhibitors will need to make their own courier arrangements. The venue will be available for deliveries from 3.00pm until 6.00pm on Thursday 25 March and from 7.30am to 9.00am on Friday 26 March. Courier delivery details and access times for each firm will be included in the "Exhibitor Manual". Exhibitors sending materials from overseas will be paired up with a local firm for storage purposes, if required.

Collections may be arranged for pick-up of materials immediately after the fair, from 3.30pm until 7.00pm. All items are to be removed by 7.00pm, 26 March 2010.

Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled with the firm's name, contact person, phone number and booth number.
